You can easily pay your bill online (have your bill handy) or log in to My Account to view your bill and make a payment.
A transaction fee of 0.34% applies when you pay using a credit or debit card.
Direct debit
You can sign up for direct debit through MyAccount. You can choose to:
Pay your bill in full when it's due
This is a great way to always pay your bill by the due date, every time.
The amount owing for the billing period will be deducted from your nominated bank account, credit or debit card on the due date.
Pay smaller amounts often
Choose how much you pay and how frequently - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We'll deduct it from your nominated bank account, credit or debit card.
You will receive a bill from us as you usually do, for any remaining amount owing.

To pay your bill in person, visit your local Australia Post agency or outlet. Please note:
- You’ll need to take your Horizon Power bill with you to use this payment service.
- An over-the-counter transaction fee of $2.81 per payment will apply.
