Flexible payment options
You can sign up for a flexible direct debit plan and update your payment details, including credit card expiry date, in the 'Manage Direct Debit' section.
Nominate others to manage your account
You can give permission for other people to manage your Horizon Power account by filling out a consent form. They’ll be able to make phone calls on your behalf and gain access to your account online.
