Other ways to pay
We have a range of payment options to help make paying your Horizon Power bill as easy as possible. To get started, have your bill and payment details (such as your credit or debit card) handy.
Call our payment line on 1300 134 615 and follow the prompts to pay with your credit or debit card.
Please note: A transaction fee of 0.34% applies when you pay using a credit or debit card.
Pay your bill directly from your bank account, either by phone or online. Once you've received your power bill, log into your online banking account and make the payment.
You will need the biller code number and BPAY reference number shown on your bill's payment slip.
- Biller code: 959 148
- Reference number: this number is located on your bill
To pay your bill in person you have two options;
1. Visit your local Australia Post agency or outlet. Please note:
- You’ll need to take your Horizon Power bill with you to use this payment service.
- An over-the-counter transaction fee of $2.81 per payment will apply.
- You could be exempt from these fees if you receive a concession on your bill or can demonstrate hardship circumstances. To make sure your details and concessions are up to date, visit My Account or call us on 1800 267 926. To avoid this fee altogether, you might like to explore our other payment options.
2. Visit your local Horizon Power office.
- It helps to provide your account number to use this payment service but its not neccessary.
- Please note, only credit card payments are accepted If you need to make a cash or debit card payment please visit your local Australia Post.
- Bring along any valid concession cards you may have - If these haven't been added to your account already. We can check and apply any concessions you may be entitled to, at the same time.
If you receive Centrelink payments, you can pay your account using Centrepay, a free Centrelink bill-paying service. Instead of paying your account every two months, your payments are split into smaller, more manageable amounts.
