We want to make sure you have advanced notice of any planned outages in your area. Find out how to register your equipment with us and create a power outage action plan.
Eligible life support equipment
The life support equipment in your home can be registered with us if it’s specified under the under the WA Government's Life Support Electricity Subsidy Scheme.
This equipment must be prescribed by an authorised medical practitioner and must be operated at the applicant’s home address.

* Only CPAP machines that are clinically prescribed for severe obstructive sleep apnoea critical for life support with use for over four hours per night are eligible.
**A child is defined as being under the age of 16 years.
