How do I make a complaint?

We strive to provide the best possible customer service at all times. If you feel we have not managed your concerns adequately or met the service standards outlined in our Customer Charter, you may lodge a formal complaint here.

Is there a local office I can contact?

Yes, we have local offices in Esperance, Carnarvon, Karratha, Port Hedland, Broome and Kununurra. Our staff here can assist with questions regarding energy efficiency, billing, rebates and subsidies, customer funded works and a lot more. The contact details for your local office are available here. Please note; we are unable to accept bill payments at our local offices. 

Who do I contact if I have a question?

Report a fault or outage 24/7 on 13 23 51. For billing enquiries, call us on 1800 267 926 (residential) or 1800 737 036 (business). We are available Monday – Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
