Let us know if something's broken
Before you complete the form, try and gather as much information as you can about the location, number of lights affected and the type of fault. This information is required to help locate, inspect and fix any streetlight/s (if they are owned and maintained by us).
After receiving a report about a faulty streetlight, we’ll aim to inspect the light within five working days for Karratha and Port Hedland and within nine working days for our other Horizon Power areas.
We install and maintain streetlights on behalf of most local councils. Councils control the location, brightness, and the number of streetlights in their area so you may like to check in with your local council. Freeway and main arterial road lighting are installed and maintained by Main Roads Western Australia.
In most cases, we fix the fault on the day of inspection.

If the streetlight you have reported is not our responsibility and owned by your local council, we’re not able to keep you updated. If you have a question or you are concerned a streetlight you have reported has not been fixed, please contact your local Horizon Power office.
